Kit d'emergències

The kit page has a minimum list for any emergency, food added "si t'has de quedar a casa" (when: shelter) and extras for evacuation (when: evacuate); confinement is the usual measure in Catalonia. The 72 hours comes from the linked campaign page, not the kit page. Water is a floor ("com a mínim"), not a target. The same page also has a car kit (not included here) and a pet kit (included, per pet).
